Group Survivors Only
Group Vacations
All group vacations are subject a fee as a second time traveler. Fees vary based on destination and length of vacation. Transportation costs are your responsibility. These vacations are by invitation only. Once you complete the application process, you will be entered into our data base and begin receiving our invitations by email. We encourage you to respond promptly to our invitation, as our vacations often fill quickly. If the trip is full, you will be put on a waitlist. If space becomes available you will be contacted if to see if you are able to attend.

Vacation Details
Vacation Communications
Please save communications@sendmeonvacation.org in your contacts to ensure the invitations are received by you. Your name will remain on our list indefinitely unless you request to be removed from list. You may attend multiple vacations for years to come as space permits.
Vacation Payment Details
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. A deposit will be due within 2 weeks of acceptance and full payment due 60 days prior to departure.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants traveling internationally, and a copy of your policy will be required before travel. Please ensure your coverage includes trip cancellation, medical evacuation, emergency medical care, and trip delay. Insurance should be purchased the day you make your deposit.
All international vacations require a passport that will not expire for 6 months from departure date. Some countries require a visa to be purchased 30-45 days before your trip.
What's Not Included
All applicants are responsible for covering all transportation costs including airfare, transfers, and any other specified charges that are included on the invitation. Alcoholic beverages are not provided by SMOV.
