Send Me On Vacation is named one of the 22 local charities partnering with Mondays Dark in 2017
Las Vegas, NV- Mondays Dark with Mark Shunock recently announced the 2017 local charities benefiting from the money raised during the Monday Dark Events. Send Me On Vacation (SMOV) was on the charities that will benefit from the money raised during the events. SMOV receives the money raised from the February 6th, 2017 event from ticket sales and a silent auction.

Mondays Dark
Mondays Dark partner’s with a different local Las Vegas charity twice a month for the entire year. Mondays Dark gathers an eclectic cast of guests including stars from Hollywood, the Strip, musical acts, athletes and celebrity chefs for 90 minutes of chat, entertainment and a lot of laughs. “Mondays Dark” takes place at The Space. The Space is Las Vegas’ newest community-driven charity based art complex. There is always a silent auction with fabulous finds and tons of great drink specials. It is the best $20 you can spend in Sin City and all benefiting a great cause.

Send Me On Vacation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides financially disadvantaged breast cancer survivors the opportunity to initiate the process of emotional healing through a vacation experience. Send Me On Vacation empowers survivors to reconnect with themselves on a rejuvenating vacation. Our vacation experiences have a profound effect on rebuilding the lives of breast cancer survivors after treatment. Our vacations are designed to strengthen the body, stimulate the mind and heal the spirit, creating a transformative journey into health and wellness.

Send Me On Vacation, INC is an all-volunteer 501 C 3 charitable organization that focuses on resourced based giving. The group’s mission addresses the emotional healing aspects of recovering from breast cancer by sending recipients in need on healing vacations to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. The vacation is used as a catalyst between surviving treatment and becoming a thriving survivor.
